Five Year Wedding Anniversary 7-7-12

Tomorrow we will have been married for five years! We have gotten two dogs, a doctorate degree from one of the best law schools in the country, moved across the country TWICE, bough a house, had two beautiful boys, two successful and rewarding careers, made so many wonderful friends, found a church family, led small groups at church, led Young Life and taught countless Sunday School classes. Even though so many doubted we could stay married when we fell in love at such a young age, we are still going strong and will be together forever. It is the best feeling to wake up next to my best friend and soulmate every single morning. It has not been easy...we have had our struggles but our awesome God always shines through and pulls us together. Our family is already super close and the four of us are an absolutely perfect example of God's grace and love. James and I struggled a great deal before we came to really know the Lord and establish our foundation on Him and not on things of this world. In return He has blessed us unbelieveably and we are so thankful for our family and our marriage. Tomorrow we are taking the boys to the circus for the first time to celebrate Nolan's 9 month birthday and then sweet Sarah our cousin will be here to watch the boys while we head out to celebrate 5 sweet years together. We cannot wait. I will never forget walking down the aisle to James, the moment we held our precious sons the first time and cried tears of joy as we snuggled our miracles, how he has ALWAYS stuck with me through think and thin, and most of all the way he leads our family towards Christ and is the most incredible spiritual leader I could ever hope for. God is so good. More pictures to come! Below are the night he proposed at to the song God Bless the Broken Road while RF sang it in the background in Denver, our engagement pics, etc! :o)
